From a vision to a life purpose...
What began as a doctoral capstone evolved to my life purpose to reimagine how we heal and lead.
At the same time, In December 2020, I began to conceptualize a coloring book that would integrate a healing-centered approach for social justice leaders and change makers. We believe in this resource as an act of community care to help support folks with their healing while mitigating the impact of burnout while cultivating a spirIt-heart-body-mind wellness practice.
