About the event
Our 3 sacred bowls is a workshop diving deeper into understanding and practicing ways to balance the mind, heart, and emotions via Anahuaca teachings of the Tonalli, Teoyallia & Ihiyotl.

About the Facilitator: Laura Yohualtlahuiz Rios-Ramirez (she/they) is a Queer Mexican-born Xicana Healing Arts Practitioner & Culture Bearer of Guachichil & Tepehuan lineage. They strive to be a Tlamatini, an ancestral Anahuaka societal role assigned to those embodying traditional teachings and serving as beacons of light bridging the past to our present and future through the praxis of philosophical and creative arts. Laura coins their lifework as a Culture Bearer as being a “Full Spectrum Rites of Passage Doula” holding the sacredness of each stage of our lives.
