About the event
This offering is a sacred space for us to explore our holistic wellness, guided by the wisdom of our ancestors and the power of visual storytelling. In this hands-on workshop, we’ll explore the 8 Dimensions of Wellness through storytelling, reflection, and zine-making. Zines are small, DIY booklets that have been used for generations to share stories, knowledge, and resistance.
Through grounding, reflection, and creative expression, participants will honor their sacredness and commit to practices that nourish their well-being. You’ll create your own personal wellness zine—mapping out the people, places, and practices that nourish you.
This is more than a workshop—it is a ceremony of remembering that we are whole, that our culture heals, and that we are worthy of joy, liberation, and care.
