Sacred Wonder: Guardians of the Directions & Chakras

Sacred Wonder is a two-hour workshop introducing archetypal guides from the seven directions to explore the chakra system holistically. Many indigenous communities of the Americas have a concept of the chakras as a dynamic energy system that informs and teaches us to cultivate the right action, relation and thought in our everyday lives.

Sacred Wonder includes gentle movement and breathwork exercises to help create renewed somatic connections to the chakras. The hybrid lecture and movement class ends with a guided experience and sound bath facilitated by Reina Prado of Healing Queen.

This workshop is great for folks who are curious about energy systems. Participants do not need to be a practitioner in holistic energy modalities to take this workshop.

The content shared is rooted in teachings from the Munay-Ki. The workshop includes the first rite from the Munay-Ki as well.
