About the event

Join us in a virtual healing offering where we’ll be tending to our collective grief and rage by moving the susto from our minds, bodies, hearts, and spirits. We will experience an ancestral Mayan guided breathwork with mantra and meditation focused on regulating our nervous system.

About your Facilitators:

Itzpapalotl is a certified yoga and meditation instructor & initiated student of Mayan elder, Hunbatz Men. She loves sharing the beauty of her culture through danza Azteca , drumming the huehuetl & the handcrafted jewelry she creates with materials she acquires throughout her travels in Mexico.

C has been walking a dedicated spiritual path for over a decade, guided by ancestral remembrance, embodied practice, and service. For the past four years, she has studied directly under a Maya Tz’utujil elder, deepening her relationship to Indigenous cosmology, ceremonial practice, and the responsibilities that come with sacred knowledge.
